UDaily: First fall Green Liaisons Sustainability Lecture to feature student speaker

The first University of Delaware Green Liaisons Sustainability Lecture of the fall semester will be held from noon-1 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 29, in the Ewing Room of the Perkins Student Center.

Rebecca Bronstein, a senior student pursuing a degree in environmental science with a concentration in sustainable energy technology, will lead a talk about her team’s efforts to establish and implement a sustainability office at UD.

As an Experimental Program to Stimulate Competitive Research (EPSCoR) Summer Scholar, Bronstein has conducted research on the public perception of offshore wind power and the implementation of a sustainability studies program at the University.
